The college of mediators
TWENTY-SIX FRENCH PERSONALITIES, intellectuals, scientists, jurists, ecclesiastics, have formed a "college of mediators" last 9th april, to open the way to a dialogue between the paperless peoples "from St. Ambroise" and the French government. After French government's negative answer to the paperless peoples demand for regular papers, the mediators decided to organise next autumn an important National Conference on Immigration.
